Session 2 – HACCP and Hazard Database (54 minutes)

 

This session covers the HACCP planning module and supporting hazard database. Partners will learn how to conduct a robust HACCP study using Safefood 360 including the use, tailoring and management of the Hazard Database.

Session 3 – PRP’s: Calibration, Cleaning & Maintenance (46 minutes)

 

This session will cover PRP’s calibration, cleaning and maintenance. Partners will learn how to set up specific programmes for each area and enter record data.

Session 4 – PRP’s: Pest Control and Supplier Control (36 minutes)

 

This session will cover PRP’s pest control and supplier control. Partners will learn how to set up specific programme for each area and how to risk assess and approve suppliers.

Session 5 – PRP’s: Training, Codes of Practice and Medical Screening (35 minutes)

 

This session will cover training, codes of practice and medical screening. Partners will learn how to set up their training, record and manage training programmes and use the system to comply with health and hygiene requirements for staff.

Session 6 – Traceability and Product Recall (24 minutes)

 

This session will cover the key area of traceability management and product recall. Partners will learn how to use these modules to manage testing of the traceability system and the management and recording of real and mock recall events.

Session 7 – Complaints and Internal Auditing (24 minutes)

 

This session will cover the Complaints Handling and Internal Auditing modules. Partners will learn how to capture complaint data, management categories and analysis complaint data using Safefood 360. We will also cover the setting up of internal auditing programmes and recording of audit tasks and follow up.

Session 8 – Management Review and Reports (27 minutes)

 

This session will cover the high level quality management modules. Partners will learn how to conduct the variety of management reviews required under global standards, set objectives and generate over 200 reports in the application.
